So thankful I found Dr Thompson! She listens carefully, she’s thorough, she understands how my insurance works! I couldn’t be happier with the care she provides! I highly recommend her! She probably has a long wait time for first time patients but she’s worth the wait! Friendly staff too! Online app makes it easy to communicate with her as well! Overall very satisfied!

Dr. Elisa Thompson is amazing. First of all, I moved from Ohio to Florida. I honestly thought I would never find a PCP here in Florida like the PCP I had in Ohio. Thank the Lord, I was wrong. I cannot say enough about Dr. Elisa Thompson. Her communication and people skills are top-notch. She is professional, truly knowledgeable and you can tell she has a true passion for patient care. She takes time to listen. You can tell it matters to her that you fully understand what she is saying. Not once did she appear uncomfortable or uneasy as I asked multiple questions; she welcomed my feedback. Dr. Elisa Thompson truly values you as her patient and she strives to keep you the healthiest as you can be. All her staff members also went beyond their roles to make sure the check-in process was a breeze, accuracy of my medical history, vitals, and existing concerns. The entire office was truly a breath of fresh air, and I can finally feel at ease knowing I have found the best PCP in Florida.

I have been all over Springhill, searching for a doctor and I’m so thankful that I have found such a Great practice. Lynn Smith, along with all the great physicians, office staff and nurses go above and beyond to listen to your concerns and help make sure that your health is number one. I definitely feel like family. Very Thankful for this office!

Everyone at this office is friendly and competent. I am extremely happy to have found Dr. Elisa Thompson. She is thorough and never makes you feel rushed. She listens and makes great suggestions for preventative care. She doesn't push stuff on you just to make money like some other places do. I highly recommend her!

She knows her stuff! I felt so relaxed at this new patient visit. Everyone in the office made me feel so welcome. No wait time before I saw the Dr. It’s truly nice to find a Dr. That cares and she does. She suggested alternatives and didn’t act like a pill was a cure all. I really liked her and am grateful I found her.

Dr Jennifer is the sweetest woman I have ever ever encountered and I trust this woman with my life honestly. Never felt so safe and heard with any doctor before in my life. So thankful to have found this practice and her. Very fast, never waited longer than 5 minutes to be seen. Very clean, 10/10

Dr. Thompson is above and beyond the best Doctor I have ever had. I have multiple autoimmune issues and she always goes out of her way to help and support me. She is top notch. I don't know what I would do without her in my corner. ❤️

I've seen Dr. Thompson for several years now. I followed her from Florida Medical Clinic....For a good reason! She's the best! I love the fact that she is so relatable, kind caring and makes you feel comfortable talking to her.
